Starting at Doca de Belém, framed by Padrão dos Descobrimentos, the race crosses the municipalities of Lisbon, Oeiras and Cascais, finishing at Praia dos Pescadores, in the charming and picturesque bay of Cascais.
According to Jorge Paulo Pereira, the event organizer from 3 Iron Sports, this was a unique opportunity to create one of the most challenging races in the world and be a part of a world circuit. “Being internationally recognized for our trajectory in the sport fills us with pride, in particular for open-water swimming.”
