From April depending on the demand we are seeing, we will have up to 4 sessions per week. Actual opening hours will vary with the changes in daylight._x000D__x000D_

ActiveTrainingWorld organise open water swimming sessions at Merchant Taylors’ School in Northwood, Hertfordshire, every Wednesday, Thursday and Friday evening and on Saturday & Sunday mornings._x000D__x000D_

There are 2 swimming loops in the stunning fresh water lake. One measures 750m and the other is shorter at 400m._x000D__x000D_

We will have a full water safety crew on kayaks to support you in the water and an ATW staff member will be at the water edge to make sure everyone knows the swim rules and enters and exits the water safely.
