Dyfi Swimrun returns in 2023 with some awesome updates to the route. It includes two crossing of the Dyfi estuary, spectacular tidal swims, fabulous trail running on the Wales Coast Path, and a crossing of the county border!
All taking place in the UNESCO Dyfi Biospshere.
