Dive into the enchanting waters of Lough Derg, one of Ireland’s largest lakes, at the historical village of Mountshannon in East Clare! Immerse yourself in the magic of this mystical place, where ancient ruins lie hidden on small islands scattered across the lake.
The swim takes you on a circular route starting and finishing on the lakeshore, offering three thrilling distances: 3.9km (full Ironman distance), 2km, and 750m to choose from.
