The magical island of Hvar will host this ‘early season’ European kickoff. A region steeped in history, and populated by hundreds of beautiful islands of all sizes, #12Croatia will challenge you with a tour around the western end of Hvar Island, between the two beautiful and ancient villages of Stari Grad (start) and Hvar Town (finish) via secret bays and stunning islands.
