Swim Session Bodycare

Tried and tested products that you can use in and out of the water.

KinKind shampoo, body wash and body lotion bars, from £6

Plastic free, silicone free, sulphate free, paraben free, vegan and cruelty free – this range of body care bars are super to have in your swim kit. I have used a range of shampoo bars and these left my hair better than any other.

CB Plus Bioactive Hemp products, from £17

Containing isolated medical grade CBD, these products are designed to maximise performance, maintain, protect, and repair the body. I gave CBD Massage oil a test and it was wonderful. Relieved tension in shoulders from typing and swimming!

TRIHARD Pre & Post Swim Body Lotion, £15.74

Anything that can conquer the smell of chlorine and rehydrate my skin is a winner for me. I really loved this product. As a swim teacher, I am in the pool a lot. It was rich and moistening without being greasy and smells amazing.

Hakamount Daily Driver Multivitamin, £13.99

A multivitamin designed to support your immune system. I used to take these vitamins as separate tablets but gave these a try. I am convinced I sleep better. Made from only essential ingredients and no nasties, these are a good choice.

Nuasan Active CBD Muscle Gel, £34

Another brilliant product from this Irish business. Pulled muscles, crick in your neck – this is the answer. I actually fell at the pool and hurt my knee, this gel was such a relief. Superfast absorption and smells amazing, great to keep in the kit bag.
