All you need to know
SUB ZERO Swimming will take place at our South Lake, featuring a beautifully constructed deck and a relaxing sauna. With easy access leading into the lake you can immerse yourself comfortably in the icy cold water, which is approximately 1.5 to 2 meters deep.
Session times:
8-9am
9-10am
Saturday & Sunday
£7 per person
Limited to just 20 people per session
Add the Sauna Experience to your cold dip.
(Max 3 people per 10 min session) For an additional £3!
After your icy dip, head over to The Swervery Cafe for hot drinks and warm, hearty food.
