Explore wild swims. Discover rivers, lakes, reservoirs or beaches by searching our comprehensive list of open water swimming locations in the UK. Get in-depth information and directions to find your next wild swim. 

Find wild communities. The app uses geolocation which means you’ll find all the local swimming groups nearest to you. Join a swim group or create your own! Organise swims, share meet ups, and communicate directly within the community.

Plan, track and analyse. Plan your swims ahead of time. Record your swims using our built-in GPS functionality or manual swim plotter. You can now keep track of your progress on your wild swimming journey.

Safety contacts. Add up to 10 safety contacts to ensure peace of mind for family and friends, letting them know when and where you’re swimming. An email notification is sent to your chosen safety contacts at the start and end of the swim.

Terms & conditions

Eligibility

• Open to individuals aged 18 and above.
• Employees of our company and their immediate family members are not eligible to participate.

Entry Period

• Ends on 31 May 2025.
• Entries submitted after the end date will not be eligible.

Winner Selection

• A random draw will be conducted after the entry period to select the winner from all eligible entries received.

Prize

• A SwimTrek Lake District Trip on the 11^th August 2025
• No part of a prize is exchangeable for cash or any other prize.
• SwimTrek reserves the right to offer alternative prize(s) of equal or greater value (for instance, if this trip becomes unavailable)

Notification

• The winner will be notified via email within 30 days of the drawing.
• If the winner does not respond within 7 days, a new winner may be selected.
