For Love Of Water (FLOW) offer sessions in Lymington, Milford on Sea, Steamer point and the Solent. Experienced local Open Water Swim Coach Nina Yates and her safety team provide a variety of open water environments and swim retreats to coach confidence, technique and efficiency.

Nina is also passionate about sharing the joy and health benefits of cold water therapy and promotes a respect for the sea. She offers a range of different coaching sessions to meet a variety of needs.
