Specialising in open water swimming confidence, Helen works with swimmers who are new to outdoor swimming to coach open-water skills, the basics of front crawl and swimming safely in cold water. Based at the South West Maritime Academy near Bristol, she offers 1-2-1 lessons and regular group workshops with a focus on enjoyment and support.
