Mhorag is a professionally qualified and fully insured STA Level 2 open water swimming coach.

Mhorag is passionate about open water swimming, using her experience and coaching to enable people to improve their health and wellbeing, as well as develop their swim technique. She provides professional coaching services on a 1-1 basis or in small groups, for beginners through to training for events. Sessions are tailored to the goals and abilities of individuals and held in a lovely, sheltered loch. Guided swims can also be arranged, as well as winter coaching in a local swimming pool.
