Whether you have signed up for your very first swim event, are a seasoned triathlete or a social swimmer Vivienne can help you to improve your technique and confidence. These sessions are offered in the sea in the South Coast of England or at certain dates in Snowdonia.
Details
One to one coaching sessions are designed to help swimmers improve their confidence and technique in the water and develop strategies to deal with changing conditions. The sessions can also improve swimming stoke.
