Poole swim back by popular demand

The popular Poole Swim will return to the Sandbanks Peninsular this summer, under new management by Bespoke Events and with the backing of the Poole lifeguards. The swim will take place on Saturday 12 September.

The swim has three race distances to suit all abilities: 750m for those new to sea swimming, 1500m and 3km for those who want a bit of a challenge. Water temperature is expected to be 17 degrees Celsius. Wetsuits are optional and skins swimmers are encouraged.
The swim starts on Sandbanks beach and takes place against the beautiful backdrop of Old Harry and the Purbeck hills. 500 swimmers are expected to take part.
