The new online toolkit from River Action is designed to provide users with knowledge, tools, and resources to protect and campaign for your local river; to understand the key issues Britain’s rivers are facing, and connect with community groups across the country using the community map.
Included in the toolkit you’ll find guides and resources for:
- How to test your river for pollutants
- How to set up a campaign group
- Knowing your legal rights and how the law can be used to pressure polluters
- How to secure finances to fund your campaign
- Effective ways to get your message heard loud and clear
You’ll also find an inspiring wealth of community films and success stories about those campaigning for their blue spaces.
