Swim In Asia launches Hong Kong swimming adventures

Think of Hong Kong and the first thing that springs to mind is probably not open water swimming.

But Swim In Asia promise that the waters around Hong Kong Island offer the perfect open water swimming destination: World Heritage-listed volcanic cliffs, swim-through caves and inlets with calm waters and towering mountain backdrops. The new company, whose website launched today, provides swimming adventures rather than holidays – guided routes that allow swimmers to enjoy the water by day and be back in the city by evening.

For more information on Hong Kong read the Destination Focus section in the upcoming April/May issue of H2Open magazine.

I created Outdoor Swimmer in 2011 (initially as H2Open Magazine) as an outlet for my passion for swimming outdoors. I've been a swimmer and outdoor swimmer for as long as I remember. Swimming has made a huge difference to my life and I want to share its joys and benefits with as many people as possible. I am also the author of Swim Wild & Free: A Practical Guide to Swimming Outdoors 365 a Year and I provide one-to-one support to swimmers through Swim Mentoring.
