Zoggs to sponsor the Swim Zone at the 220 Triathlon Show
Swimming sports brand Zoggs has announced that it will be sponsoring the entire swim zone at the 220 Triathlon Show at Sandown Park in Surrey from 27 February to 1 March 2015.
The focal point of the swim zone will be the Zoggs endless pool. Visitors to the show will have the opportunity to swim in the pool and have their technique analysed by top coaches, including Zoggs open water swimming and triathlon ambassador Adam ‘Ocean’ Walker. Of particular interest to open water swimmers, Walker will also be using the pool to demonstrate the technique that helped him conquer the Oceans Seven. The pool allows two swimmers to swim at the same time but at separately controlled speeds. It will be the first time in the UK that such a pool has been used.
Visitors to the show will also be able to try and buy a wide range of Zoggs goggles, wetsuits and training equipment.
David Annand, Zoggs UK Marketing and PR Manager, said: “With over 7,000 visitors expected, this is the triathlon show to attend for beginner to intermediate triathletes as well as those performing at elite level. We know that a very high percentage of visitors like to buy their kit at show time too, so we will be there to help them select the best kit for their individual swimming needs.
