Zone3 launches new breaststroke wetsuit

Zone3 Feel Good Films155

If you have ever tried swimming breaststroke in a wetsuit you will know how difficult it is: your feet pop out the water with every kick and the extra buoyancy puts you in the wrong position. Zone3 have just launched the Aspect Breaststroke Wetsuit, designed specifically for breaststroke swimmers. Its reduced lower leg buoyancy allows legs to stay submerged and ensures a natural breaststroke swimming position can be maintained.

“The revolutionary wetsuit is set to be a must-have for many open water swimmers and was developed in response to the high volume of those searching for an option in which they can swim breaststroke with as well as front crawl,” says Zone3. “The Aspect is ready to transform your swim.”

The majority of swimming wetsuits are only designed for front crawl swimming and don’t allow for the lateral leg movement required for the breaststroke technique. The Aspect is designed to allow the extended range of movement between the legs and across the chest necessary for breaststroke, while still allowing front crawl swimming.
