Club of the Month – #ChesterFrosties

We have a lovely home swim spot on the River Dee, Eccleston Ferry, near Chester. You can either ‘dip in’ off one of the small beaches or ‘swim up’ against the current and float back down!
Alternatively, there is a beautiful walk up stream and then ‘bag robes in tow floats’ and take a gorgeous meandering ‘go with the flow’ swim downstream! There are so many choices for all abilities including my favourite 3.5 mile swim downstream to the centre of Chester. Plenty of parking and there is a foot path providing a picturesque walk along the riverside for shore watch support too!
