Helena Eflerova is an STA Open Water Swimming Coach and member of Southbourne Surf Life Saving Club and Seagulls Artistic Swimming Club. She teaches at Christchurch Swimming Club and runs HE AQUATICS Hydrotherapy, Swimming, Yoga and Performance Art.
