VO2 Max run open water swimming training sessions at the QEII lake in the Queen Elizabeth II country park, Woodhorn during the summer.
Details
Taking place on Thursday evenings from 6pm - 7.30pm, this session at Queen Elizabeth II Country Park is open to anyone from beginners, recreational open water swimmers and triathletes.
There is a longer route available for those training for long distance swims.
