New Frog Graham Round FKT

Ben Abdelnoor has set a new Fastest Known Time for the Frog Graham Round, the Lake District swimming and fell running challenge based on the famous Bob Graham Round fell run of 42 fells in 24 hours.

TYopn fell runner and Inov-8 athlete Ben smashed the previous record for the 40-mile swimrun challenge by more than an hour, completing in 10hrs 55mins. The challenge includes more than 15,000ft of ascent to summit 18 fells and four lake crossings.
