Rhys Mainstone to speak at first Cotswold Expo on 5 July

Waterland, at Lake 32 in the Cotswold Water Park will play host to the first “Cotswold Expo” on 5 July, and event designed for swimmers, cyclists and triathletes.

Of particular interest to open water swimmers will be a Q&A session with Australian national champion Rhys Mainstone, who also recently took part in the Great North Swim.
Local coaching company, South West Swim, led by Jason Tait, and Zone 3 and Finis will be on hand to answer questions about both pool and open water swimming, wetsuits and training tools.
There will be talks by other specialists too, covering areas of transitions in triathlon, power meter work on bikes, nutrition and running topics. Retailers include local companies Performance Cycles and Run Swindon.
The day will start at 10:00 and finish at 15:00. Entrance is through Waterland at Lake 32, Cotswold Waterpark, and parking is free.
