Wild Water photography project
Wild Water is a photography project exploring open water swimming in the UK by award winning photographer Christopher Lanaway, who took our October issue’s cover shot.
Christopher is travelling around the UK meeting and photographing outdoor swimmers. “I’m looking to travel around the country photographing the people that partake in wild swimming,” said Chris, “You can follow the progress on Instagram @wildwaterproject.”

Jonathan Cowie
Jonathan is a year-round skins swimmer with a particular love of very cold water. He has competed in ice swimming competitions around the world. He is a qualified open water coach with a particular love of introducing new swimmers to the open water.
