• Based on 2x adults

Prize terms and conditions

1. There will be one (1) winner. The winner will win one (1) x weekend break to the Lake District. All travellers must be aged 18 or over.
2. The prizes include: Two (2) night stay at the 4* Low Wood Bay Resort and Spa, sharing a Willow twin or double room including daily breakfast, Access to the resorts spa facilites (not inclusive of treatments) £150 resort allowance to be taken as spa credit or activity allowance for usage at the hotels Water sports centre.  
3. The holidays are valid for travel until June 2025 excluding travel over Christmas, Easter and all bank holidays.  All travel must be completed by 30th June 2025. 
4. Travel will be subject to hotel availability at the date of booking the trip. The winner should notify the Promoter at least six weeks in advance of their preferred dates for taking the trip.   
5. All travel must be completed within the time-frame stated within the competition. Extensions to the validity of the prize will not be allowed unless first authorised by the promotional agent.  
6. The Promoter or Cloud Nine will accept no responsibility for hotels / tours / transport companies etc. being withdrawn or amended.  In the event of this, Cloud Nine will endeavour to offer a suitable alternative. 
7. All travel arrangements offered are at the discretion of Cloud Nine and the promoter.  Any requests room types or availability cannot be guaranteed. 
8. Any amendments made by the prize winner after the booking is confirmed may be subject to administration charges levied by the specific supplier. 
9. Passports and Visas are the responsibility and cost of the prize winner.  The Promoter or Cloud Nine cannot be held responsible if the prize winner or any of the travelling party fail to obtain the required travel documentation. 
10. There is no cash alternative or refund for unused portions of the prize. 
11. For the avoidance of doubt, the prize does not include travel to and from home to the accommodation, gratuities, meals or other  travel expenses unless otherwise stated, or any other costs of a personal nature not stated for winner and guest.
