Speedo Elite Pullkick

A long time ago we didn’t have the specific pull buoys and kick boards. We had little rectangular floats that we held in front for kicking or doubled up and stuck between our legs for pulling. Speedo’s Pullkick gives us a chance to return to those simpler times.

Kit bags today are overflowing so the possibility to remove two bulky items and replace them with a smaller one is attractive, especially if you cycle or walk to training. And yes, the PullKick works but it is a compromise. It neither provides the support of a full sized kick board nor the comfort of a thicker pullbuoy.

It’s harder to hold between your legs than a conventional pullbuoy, and feels more buoyant so your legs float high in the water. On the other hand, it also offers less resistance, so you feel fast while using it.

I created Outdoor Swimmer in 2011 (initially as H2Open Magazine) as an outlet for my passion for swimming outdoors. I've been a swimmer and outdoor swimmer for as long as I remember. Swimming has made a huge difference to my life and I want to share its joys and benefits with as many people as possible.
