Surrey Outdoor Learning and Development are running open water swim sessions in their stunning tidal lake at Thames Young Mariners.

Thames Young Mariners Lake is a safe venue to experience the growing sport of Open Water Swimming whether you are a complete beginner or seasoned swimmer.
During the summer there is a 500m and 250m course available while in winter there is just the 250m course open.
