Henley Swim looking for multiple-offenders

Henley Swim, the organisers of the dawn 2.1km Henley Classic, are looking for those unique individuals who have completed the event at least four times.

Entries for the 2016 running of this straight-line upstream event open on Friday 6 November. The event is scheduled to take place at 4:30 in the morning on Sunday 26 June.
Yes, you read that correctly: 4:30 on a Sunday morning. In fact, the early start is part of the appeal of this popular event that has been running since 2004. The chance to swim at dawn along the famous regatta course, as the sun is rising and the mist is parting, draws people back year after year. One of those, Andy Thomas, has swum the event 10 times – every year since 2005 except for 2012 when the event was cancelled due to extreme currents.
The founders and organisers, Jeremy Laming and Tom Kean, are particularly looking to celebrate and reward any swimmers who will be notching up their fifth or more swim in June next year. So, if that’s you, they’ve asked that you send an email to juliet@henleyswim.com listing the years in which you swam.
