Swim For Tri offers new West London swim fitness sessions this autumn

Swim coaching company Swim for Tri (SFT) has announced dates for a new series of swim fitness sessions at Kensington Leisure Centre in West London.

The new sessions will run for 15 weeks starting on Thursday 3 September. Each session is 1.5 hours from 8 to 9:30 pm. The primary aim of the sessions is swim fitness. While technique tips will be provided participants are expected to be able to swim at least half a mile. The course is intended for triathletes and open water swimmers.
SFT has been running pool-based sessions for open water swimmers since 2003 and has wide expertise in developing open water skills in a pool environment. Head coach Dan Bullock was this year’s ASA National Open Water Champion in the 45 to 49 age group and Dan also led the fastest pace group at Henley Swim’s Bridge to Bridge.
In addition, SFT offers 1-to-1 coaching and weekend swim workshops.
