Fig and Tahini Energy Bites


Fuel your winter training with nutrient-packed recipes from nutritionist Kathy Findlay


ENERGY BITES

These Fig and Tahini Energy Bites are rich in calcium.

Ingredients

1 cup dried figs
1/2 cup dried dates
3/4-1 cup oats
1/4 cup light tahini
1 tablespoon maple syrup

Instructions

Add all the ingredients to a food processor and process until a nice smooth dough forms. Divide into balls of calcium rich energy.
