Announcing our reader-nominated outdoor swimming Swim Stars

Last month we asked you, the readers of Outdoor Swimmer magazine, to send us your nominations for your unsung swimming heroes. Whether it was a member of your club or group who works tirelessly behind the scenes, a swimmer who inspires you on to greater things, a campaigner, an inspiring coach, or even your group’s best baker, we wanted to celebrate the people who make a difference to your outdoor swimming world and who deserve their contribution to be shared with our readers.

Thank you to all those who sent in their unsung heroes nominations for this issue. We are proud to announce the winners of our 2020 Swim Stars awards, who we hope will inspire you to take the plunge and swim outdoors and to make a difference to the lives of the people you swim with.
