Charity swim at Tri2O in memory of Katie Henderson

Last month swimmer and triathlete Katie Henderson lost her life in a road traffic accident while on her way to meet her team for Ironman 70.3 Staffordshire. She was 33.

A group of her friends have decided to organise an open water swimming event at the Tri2O swimming centre at the Reading Lake Hotel, where Katie used to train.
The 1500m #DoingItForKatie swim will take place on Wednesday 29 July, starting at 7.30pm.
The swim costs £12 to enter and all proceeds will go towards the British Triathlon Federation Trust which is being championed via the #katieslegacy campaign.
