Inaugural Open Water Swimathon – last spaces!
The Swimathon Foundation, the charity behind the hugely successful Swimathon campaign, has announced the introduction of a new challenge as part of the Swimathon family – Open Water Swimathon.
The first ever Open Water Swimathon, will takes place on the weekend of 9 and 10 September, at venues across the UK.
Cancer Research UK and Marie Curie are uniting as partners for the Open Water Swimathon 2017 to raise as much money as possible for the two causes.
Open Water Swimathon participants will have the opportunity to take on a challenge as individuals (1.5km, 2.5km or 5km) or as part of a team (1.5km or 5km). The inaugural event provides the perfect challenge for both experienced swimmers, and those looking to try out open water swimming for the first time.
Registration for Open Water Swimathon 2017 is open, but places are going fast, with a number of venues having already sold out, and only a small number of individual places and team spots remaining. Grab yours today at www.OpenWaterSwimathon.org.
