First issue due shortly

Exciting times. The first issue of H2Open Magazine is due back from the printer imminently and we can’t wait to see it. Copies will be going out in the post to subscribers from Wednesday.
We’ve had a fantastic take-up of subscriptions over the last two weeks. While the majority of new subscribers are based in the UK we’ve received orders from open water swimmers all around the world (see chart). We’re delighted that open water swimming is such a universal sport and we’re looking forward to hearing about readers’ favourite swim spots, and why you ©open water swimming, wherever you are.
We’d also like to know how long it takes you to receive the magazine. We realise that for some readers it could take several weeks. We are therefore working hard to make an electronic version available for subscribers that should be available at the same time subscribers in the UK receive their copies.

I created Outdoor Swimmer in 2011 (initially as H2Open Magazine) as an outlet for my passion for swimming outdoors. I've been a swimmer and outdoor swimmer for as long as I remember. Swimming has made a huge difference to my life and I want to share its joys and benefits with as many people as possible. I am also the author of Swim Wild & Free: A Practical Guide to Swimming Outdoors 365 a Year and I provide one-to-one support to swimmers through Swim Mentoring.
