We were in swimming costumes all day and in and out of the choppy water. It really was an incredible experience and I am so glad that I did it. It has now won numerous awards at the 2017/2018 film festivals and continues to do so. It has been shared around the world and its popularity seems to stem from its relatability to many – my story is something that can happen to any of us at any time in our lives if we fail to regularly honour our own self-care.
