embarrassed to discuss my vulnerabilities and fears on camera but Jon was great and made me feel completely at ease. The filming was at dawn and it was cold! We were in swimming costumes all day and in and out of the choppy water. It really was an incredible experience and I am so glad that I did it. It has now won numerous awards at the 2017/2018 film festivals and continues to do so. It has been shared around the world and its popularity seems to stem from its relatability to many – my story is something that can happen to any of us at any time in our lives if we fail to regularly honour our own self-care.
